Aim High

I can't believe I haven't been writing here since December. I'm usually more updated than that but I guess my life is that busy these days. Let's see what should I talk about today ..Hmm well not much is on my mind..Life is pretty crazy as it is. The company I work in is beginning a new big project so my life basically is revolved around it which I'm really happy to do so. It's a bit frustrating how people try to put me down by saying I over work myself instead of encouraging me to focus and work as smart as I can so I can reach one of my goals. I know those who say so love me and I love how they want no one to take advantage of me it's just that it surprises me how negative we are about work although it's a place where we spend most of our day in. I think we should enjoy our jobs and our work environment as much as possible to reach the goals we want. If your goals aren't like or similar to or even on the same path as the organization you're working in than you are SO IN THE WRONG PLACE. Always set your goals to the environment around you. As Michealangelo said "The greater danger for most of us is not that our aim is too High and we miss it, but that it is too low and we reach it". So don't think how fast you can achieve your goal. Think how Big Your goal can be and go for it :)

Have a good day :)

I would highly suggest reading the book "Who moved my cheese?", to know why people should not sacrifice their lives to implement others visions (your company's vision in this case). Have a nice day.

Rami Al-Hassan: Well if your company's vision is different then your personal goal then leave the company. As simple as that. Don't stay in a place where your persoanl goals don't match the company's. This would be very frustrating for you and a waste of your time. And "Who moved my Cheese?" is a book I've read and I highly recommend. But it mostly focuses on how to reach your goals by taking one step at atime instead of rushing and trying to find the easy way cuase it would get you nowhere. Anyways thanks for the suggestion.
