Erase the Past

Alot of times I tell my friends and trainees to forget the past and never look back. I know that it is extremely hard to do so but the results are mind blowing. I am not kidding the more you look to the future the better your day will be. For example when we talk about something that still till today is keeping us from growing such as learning a language or being good at something. Blaming the past will get you no where. Blaming another Human Being is even worse. If you want to progress in your life never ever blame another person no matter what. Always blame yourself for letting things like that happen. In other words what happens in your life is your responbility and no one else. Blaming others may hide you from the truth for awhile but it will never change it. So get up, make a change and stop blaming your past for things in your future :)
